Loose Treadles on Aeolian Cabaret Player Piano
By Dale F. Rowe

Dear Clinton, Greetings from The Bronx. Regarding the loose foot-pump
treadles on the Aeolian Cabaret player piano, if my memory serve me
correctly there are nuts on the bottom of the mounting bracket that
the two foot-treadles are attached to. (The mounting bracket has two
rubber feet that rest on the floor when the pedals are extended to the
pumping position).

What you have to do is flip the pedals up into the piano as if you
were going to store them away. Then center the pedals and bracket and
then tighten the nuts on the bottom. This should hopefully solve the
problem.

My best to all,

Dale F. Rowe
