Mechanical Music on TV
By Timothy L'Amoureux

I seem to remember that in "The Wild Wild West" TV series there was
an omnipresent upright-sized orchestrion in the background of the
main characters' private railroad car. It was never played.

And don't forget the Budweiser advertisement featuring a working
xylophone & piano orchestrion banging out the Budweiser theme-tune
from a commissioned O-roll. I believe the O-roll is still available.
There's a copy on YouTube but it's not the original machine that
played it in the ad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G2-G_9Qjmc
