Scanning 35 mm Photo Slides of Mechanical Music
By Bob Fitterman

I have used two different commercial services for scanning slides.
I can say that I had very good results with ScanCafe. I wouldn't
say "excellent", as I did have some small problems with my order, but
I am comfortable recommending them as they have been reliable with
regard to returning my originals (slides and later prints) and they
have also been very good about keeping to the original schedule they
claimed. In my case, my photos had a vacation in India but they also
offer a service which all takes place in the U.S.

I don't have any interest in the company and am not sure if this
will even get published since it sounds like an ad, but I promise you,
I'm just a happy customer.
