Celcilan is the brand. The push-up was made about 1904 before the manufacturers knew how to build the mechanism inside a regular piano. It uses regular 58 and 65 note rolls (the type that were popular before about 1910). It is all pneumatic and uses the same type of mechanism as a standard player piano. It is located in Sylmar (near Los Angeles).
