Ordering from Schaff

I would have to disagree with the statement that "Ordering from Schaff is easy " . I tryed twice to get then to send me a catalog and both times they shot me down. I was told that I would have to send a business card or a letter with letter-head from a pianio tuner saying that I was an apprentice working with them before they would deal with me. Has anyone else been able to get a catalog from them? This might be a good time to ask the group where anyone has found to purchase vacuum pouch setters of diffrent sizes? I had a tuner get me one from Schaff that will fit my Starr player but it is too small for using on Simplex actions. Any source would be of great help!
