Unidentified Orchestrion
By Terry Smythe

I've received an inquiry from someone in South America appealing for help in identifying a large European keyboardless cabinet orchestrion, operated by pinned cylinders. Assistance from members of this group would be very much appreciated.

I have posted 2 pictures of the orchestrion with its doors closed and with its doors open, on my home page:

Interested members of our group are invited to visit my site and view these pictures, and help these folks identify what they have. While they have not asked, opinions as to relative collectibility and potential worth may be useful. They have not revealed whether they are interested for insurance purposes, marketability, or for restoration.

Many thanks for whatever assistance might be possible.

Regards,

Terry
