PlayRite / List of Piano Roll Dealers

I was intrigued by the discussion about PlayRite rolls. We have purchased a number of their rolls over the past 10-15 years and have found the quality to be satisfactory. Some of their arrangers are the same ones QRS uses.
I have an old Playrite roll in a black box, #5478, "The Sidewalks of New York", issued by the Staffnote Corporation of Milwaukee, played by Duval and Lane. Does anyone know if they were connected to the present day PlayRite company?

Larry's list is very helpful! Thanks much! However, missing from the list is Leonard's Player Pianos in the San Francisco area. My sister used to purchase rolls there. Are they still in business?
