Pratt-Reed Player Regulation
By John A. Tuttle

Hi Larry,

First off, I wouldn't introduce lost motion as an answer to the problem. Restrict the movement of the pneumatic by gluing a small circle of felt onto the face. You'll have to size it carefully so it accomplishes the task. If it's too thick it will cause fluttering. This may sound a little tacky but I do recall seeing this methodology on more than one player action in the past.

Good Luck, John
