Converting Bruder 50 to Wurlitzer 150 scale

Howard Kohlbrenner wrote about converting a Bruder 50 key band organ to the Wurlitzer 150 scale. I would be interested in hearing more details about that project, as I have a Wilhelm Bruder Sohne 48 key barrel organ which I am converting to the 150 scale.
