Correction to "Elect. Safety in Ontario"

An idiosyncrasy of UNIX with "$" caused a garble in the article by Ron Schmuck. The sentence about the fuse should read:

> ... the cost is about $8.00.

Canadian $ or US $, a fuse is cheap insurance.
