I don't know how many of us are "First Time Attendees" (probably not many) but I would suggest the time slot alloted for the "First Time Attendee" reception. As to place,... let's start near the reception and work from there.
Alternatively, Jody, you can post something on the bulletin board that should be in the hospitality room.
