88-Note Players Playing Reproducing Rolls
By Karl Ellison

When playing reproducing rolls on my Autopiano, I needed to tape off the expression hole positions on the tracker. I tried masking tape, but found that the adjacent notes ciphered a lot. Using a thinner, cellophane tape improved this, but the notes 1 or 2 away from the tape still ciphered often. Can anyone recommend a tape that is thin enough to prevent this problem? Is there a different method to playing reproducing rolls on a straight player?
