Aeolian-Hammond Test Roll

I am responding to Wayne Stahnke's notes on the Aeolian-Hammond test roll.
When I was retubing my organ's tracker bar, I noticed that the left most tracker port was used for rewinding, the next two ports were not used. I don't know if this was left blank at manufacturing time or a previous owner removed them.
About your scan test roll - what can I do with the scan image? I don't have a preforator to recut a roll.
