Flat Leaf Spring Stock

Jody,
I am trying to find some flat spring steel stock:
(SAE 5160, 1-1/4"X .194 X 15')
to make replacement springs for a barrel organ cart. I have been to all of the normal auto spring mfg. companys in the St. Louis area and they have no spring stock the size I need. Two of these shops have offered to make the springs I need, if I can find them the steel stock.
