Mills Christmas Roll Project; Glue Removal

I just wrote to Dick Hack to get details on his Mills Christmas roll and I thought it would be appropriate to repeat here what I mentioned to him. I bought his previous Christmas roll and have been VERY happy playing it. It even has a couple of violin solo sections, which are a treat. In fact, I bought both the rolls he offered (which are similar), and gave the second one to a friend who did me a huge favor. He is just finishing up restoration on his Mills and should have something nice to play for the holidays.

BTW, Jack, say HI to 'good old Mildred' for me. Just a note on your glue removal and restoration techniques. Those of us who have refined the finer points of restoration know that you should buy your wife a new iron BEFORE you ruin their old one. At least, that's what my wife informed me after I ruined hers !!!!!!!!!!
