FS: Aeolian Duo-Art with 325 Rolls

For anyone who might be interested, I came across this ad -- my only interest is as another Duo-Art owner/rebuilder. (I'd like the rolls!)

[ I called the owner. His name is Ralph Beamer. His girlfriend
[ ran the ad submitted to r.a.m and he said his expectations
[ for price are much lower than her's (see below).

[ Ralpha found the piano in the basement of 100 yr old house
[ that he bought in Chehalis WA. The piano, described as
[ an "upright reproducer, was refinished and internally rebuilt
[ by Ken Kadwell for $4,400. Ken says that its a 1926 vintage
[ from the serial #. The owner said Ken suggested that it might
[ bring 9-12k if he's patient. The owner says he needs 7k to
[ recover expenses, but he's motivated to sell.
