Info on my Chase Piano ?

As for my piano, it is a Chase, but I really don't know where I would find out when it was made. I just had a guy come tune it and it sounds much better even though he said he could not get it up to the absolutely correct pitch for fear he would break a lot of strings. (They are the strings that were in there in 1957 when my mother bought it.) He said that it was about "20 cents off" if you know what that means. At any rate, it sounds much better than before he tuned it. If any of you knows how I could find out more about my unit I'd love to hear about it.
