Hi John,

Get another tuner. 20cents off is less than 1/4 tone flat. This guy is just too lazy to pull it up, requiring 2 tunings; 1 pitch raising, 1 tuning. If a few strings break, so what; replace them. You need someone competent, not someone where everything is a chore.

Send me the serial # (it's on the tuning pin area) and I can give you the manufacturing date.
