Piano Supply House

I have just been made aware of a mail-order piano supply company called "International Piano Supply", out of Granada Hills California. Until yesterday I had never heard of this concern. Anyone have any experience with these folks? Any comments on service and/or reliability? They certainly have an impressive web site!
