Help for 1914 Kimball Player

I was given a Kimball Player Piano (1914), and I grew up enjoying this player and would like to rebuild it or get it rebuilt. I've done a little reading on players and it appears that both flap valves on the main bellows are leaking, and there isn't a good seal between the player unit and the bellows. I'm sure there are other problems but what I'm wondering is how hard is it to get parts for Kimball Players?
