I am the proud owner of a Sherlock-Manning piano with Higel action. It has been beautifully restored by the late John Wotton. I am also interested in any information about the instrument and its manufacturer. The number stamped on the frame is 22778. Also embossed on the frame is "Sherlock Manning, London". Canadian readers will not be fooled. Yes, it does have Solodant.
