Wanted: Template Printing Program

I have been playing around with "Noteworthy Composer", compiling a few arrangements and generally having a bit of fun. But what I would really like is for someone to share with me their program on converting these midi files to piano roll format. "Is anyone willing to help?"
Me not really knowing too much about writing programs, I am after all the help I can get. I just want to be able to then print it out and cut the holes out by hand (for a start anyhow).

[ Jody Kravitz is now selling a template printing program which accepts
[ a Midi file and a "descriptor file" which you create, and prints
[ a template on computer paper. All you need is a sharp knife and
[ lots of patience! I've forwarded your message to him.
