MMD Categories

Looking over the categories for retrieving articles from MMD. I think there should be a ROLL category with sub-categories of Types, Arranging, Repair, Sources, Paper, and Special Features.

[ Well, I see Sources, Repair, etc. already as categories; how about
[ if "Roll" is subordinate in each of those? Actually, we'll "lay
[ them all out on the table", so to speak, when the data base experts
