I saw this ad in the Fresno (Calif.) Bee 1/26/97 and I called to confirm. The fellow's name is John, and he does have two unrestored foot pumpers complete in good restorable condition for $400 ea., plus one that "plays" (I assume an original system) for $800. Call 209-291-0934 for details.
