I've been recommended to try "Artcraft" rolls, I will soon receive some
ordered information about them, but since mail-ordering from companies a
long distance from Norway is expensive, I would like to ask if someone
has experience with these rolls which are said to be made in a different
way, than many kinds of rolls, to achieve more artistic performance.
(I guess other people are curious about this too, especially the
technical details.)
Sincerely¶
Thomas Henden, Norway
[ They are _similar_ to old rolls in that they are created by hand and
[ not the result of a "live" recording process, thus each and every
[ note receives equal attention to timing and duration. They are
[ as _different_ from old rolls as the old rolls are different from
[ each other, because each is the creation of its own arranger.
[ L. Douglas Henderson's style is quite distinctive. -- Robbie
