Monarch Player Help

Help please, I need a diagram (or written directions) on the routing of tubing on a 1925 Monarch player. On the right side of the piano there are two hoses, somewhat larger than tracker bar hose, that connect to the play/rewind box. There should be a hose, (tracker bar size) that connects to the underside of the button for sustain and goes to ???. There are then two larger hoses on the left side of the piano that connect to the auto sustain pneumatic and/or the reservoir.
Of the four hoses inside the piano I mentioned, they all are about ID the same as the OD of the tracker bar tubing. The dilemma is their routing, and, where does the smaller hose from the sustain button connect to? The only nipples that I can find available are to accommodate the larger tubing.
