Hi, I have a problem with my Duo-Art sustain which somebody might be able
to help me with.  It comes on fine, lifting the dampers right on cue, but
takes a while to let them off again.  On an average speed this is about
1/2 to 3/4" after the holes stop.  Normally this is not too noticeable but
quite a few rolls have a small gap between sustain chains and it tends to
get all joined up.

I suspect it is something to do with how the air gets back into the
pneumatic after it has turned off, or maybe spring tension.  Also, is
it better to have the point when the dampers come off the strings at the
start, middle or end of the pneumatic's stroke?
