After rebuilding one Gulbransen I swore off.  Actually I hired my
time to a hobbyist. I guess if you like powering the stack with a
hose most others use for the roll motor, Gulbransen is your baby.
Never mind what's inside, or how to test tiers separately before
gluing back together.

Anyhow I have agreed to get paid for spending two to four hours
getting another one to wheeze a little better.  This one powered by
an electric vacuum unit, and supposedly rebuilt. Now I wish I had
remembered a few details.   Assuming it was, any tricks or things to
look for, like pouch cover screws, unusual bleeds.  Oh and the magic
serial number signifying gasketed tiers.  No problem with the
tracker, its a Screwitt. (manual)

While we are on the subject of really dumb questions, I don't
suppose there is any use for a blood pressure gauge in player piano
work?  i.e. can it be converted?
