My Faith in QRS
By John A. Tuttle

Hi All, In my continual effort to provide current and accurate
information to the MMD, I once again find that I have caused some
distress.

In a recent posting concerning overseas air mail rates, the tone of my
letter intimated that QRS had been unfair and misleading with regards to
the price they quoted for sending 12 rolls to So. Africa.

I want to publicly apologize for shedding an unfavorable light on QRS
and state for the record that I have complete faith in the honesty and
integrity of the organization.

And while the information that I was given was incorrect, I am certain
beyond words that QRS did not intentionally give me an incorrect quote.

My apologies to QRS and their staff. In my opinion, QRS still stands for
Quality, Real, Service.

Still honing my diplomatic and public writing skills,

John A. Tuttle

[ That's a beautiful apology, John, worthy of a Court Ambassador!
