We have just purchased a collection of 469 Duo-Art organ rolls and a roll
player from the estate of Jim Caterina. This will be on our website
eventually, but thought I would mention it to the MMD since that is a
hotbed of roll activity, and we really don't know much about these. They
are all in boxes. I'm told it approaches a complete set of these very
difficult to find rolls. Since we don't know much about pricing such a
special collection, we will be selling it for the best bid over the next
month or so. We have little guidance except we have an offer in hand of
$9500 and that sounds rather low since the collection was purchased by
Jim some 20 years ago for $9000.
