Hi Keith -- As far as I know, the Regina Certificates are still being
offered at $2.00; the frame will cost more.  Check with the MBSI
editorial office at email <musicbox@pioneerplanet.infi.net>, or use the
old-fashioned phone and call 612-407-0101.

If they are no longer available, that would be a shame, and they should be
restarted.  Let me know.
