Ah!  How right Larry Lobel is.  The MMD should not contain anything
else but information related to the mechanical music instrument, and
nothing else.  Actually, its to be preferred if the Digest would concen-
trate on the player piano only.  And it would even be nicer if the
Digest did pay attention to one brand only.

The very best thing, of course, would be if the Digest could be there
just for the Larry Lobel's and their preferences.  Anything else in
this world is just not important enough for them to read about.  At
least not in the Digest.

As a matter of fact: the mechanical music instrument is not an isolated
phenomenon, but is part of our world, and as such related to many other
subjects.

If the Digest would concentrate on the techniques of the mmi's, without
allowing a (rather small) amount of off-topic matters and steps aside,
spiced with a bit of humour every now and then, it would become a
rather dull Digest, I'm afraid, not having a such a big, still growing
number of subscribers.

Please, Jody and Robbie, let not the narrow-minded be your guide.
