A 'Net search turned up the following web site for organist Lyn Larsen
that mentions "Masquerade", "Paradise", "Paradise Revisited" with
"Simple Gifts" to come.  Unfortunately, prices not mentioned, no method
provided for ordering on-line; snail mail only.

I did squirt an email to <musicon@swlink.net> about a week ago, but no
response.  It did not bounce, so I presume it was delivered.

Will keep trying.  And many thanks for the most welcome news about the
forthcoming book and expanded Sanfilippo Collection souvenir booklet.
