Gluing Leather to Leather

Try 3M-847.  It is airtight, tacks quickly and sticks to almost anything,
including metal.  It looks exactly like "burnt shellac."  To dispense it
we use plastic "accordion bottles," sold by Woodcraft, which have a
tiny nozzle.
