Teresa Carreno Rollography
By Robbie Rhodes

I complied this rollography from my books. I don't know how accurate
it is. ("Rollography" = Bibliography of music rolls).

Juergen Hocker says that the two-volume book by Larry Sitsky,
"The Classical Reproducing Piano Roll", also lists rolls recorded
for Duca (Philipps) and Triphonola (Hupfeld), and also some probable
transcriptions for Recordo and Art Echo.

Could someone with please send me this information so that I can add it
to this rollography? Were the Hupfeld rolls issued for the Triphonola
or the DEA, or both systems?

John McClelland and Wayne Stahnke both assure us that all of the Welte
and Duo-Art recordings are readily available. We have no indication
that Ampico recorded Carreno; the Ampico rolls are poor conversions
from Hupfeld.
