If anyone thinks I have not answered their mail, it will be because:-

(a)  I have not received it in the first place or
(b)  my reply has just vanished into space

I have only just discovered this problem has been going on for months!
As it is not happening with all the same mail all of the time, it has
been impossible to track down the problem.
