Hi Jody,  I have some rather bad news for the world of Mechanical
Music.

This past Saturday night (7 March 1998) the sister of Mike Kitner,
of Carlisle, PA, found Mike in a coma in his bed.  Mike is now in
intensive care in a hospital and remains in a coma and is unresponsive
as of this evening (Monday 9 March).  The doctors say that they are
"optimistic".  There is not too much other information at this time.
The hospital will not answer any questions, and will refer everything
to his sister.

Mike is one of the premier organ restorers in the business.  We wish
him the best.
