I can't help you with original glass, but can highly recommend someone
who did a reproduction KT Special and Wurlitzer IX Art Glass for me.
The work is outstanding and can't be distinguished from the original.

He uses Bowers' book and other sources for originals or can work from
a photograph of another original.  His prices are fair, just don't rush
him!  He's done work for other collectors and I've always heard nothing
but the best from others.

His name is Bill Emerson, and he works under the name of Emerson
Art Glass or Emerson Antiques in Southern CA.  Unfortunately, I'm
in process of moving so can't locate his exact phone or address.
Hopefully, can be found through a search or someone else will have it.
