As a graphic designer, I found it fairly easy to reproduce passable
replacement labels for a batch of  "cobs" (oops, sorry, Mr. Henderson!)
with missing labels that I purchased at a flea market some time ago.
Using an original label as a guide, and carefully measuring the point
size of the type, I picked a typeface that's close to the original,
and used Adobe Illustrator software to produce circular labels. I
then ran bright red photocopy paper (found in many larger office
supply stores) through the laser printer, carefully cut out the
circles, and glued them onto the rollers.

I'm not sure I kept the master file, but if there's enough interest,
I could easily reproduce the file. It would be in Macintosh Abode
Illustrator (eps) format, and due to copyrights on the typefaces, I'd
have to use a standard font such as Times Roman... but it would still
make for a nice label.
