I am in the process of restoring a Marshall & Wendell Upright piano,
serial number 10500, Ampico model.  The player unit was apparently
removed by a former owner.  I have three questions concerning this
unit:

1.  When was it manufactured?
2.  Is  a player unit available?
3.  Does the fact that there is a mis-casting  misspelling
    'established' mean anything?
