I would like to announce the placement of six new MIDI sequences on my
Ragtime MIDI Library web page:

  "Keep your Sunny Side Up" played by Pauline Alpert
  "Snakes Hips" Played by Clarence M Jones
  "Scherzo Waltz" composed and played by McNair Ilgenfritz
  "Eskimo Shivers" composed and played by Billy Mayerl


These are transcriptions from reproducing piano rolls done by my good
friend Richard Stibbons.   Richard has built a machine which reads a
piano roll and converts the data to a MIDI file.  The resulting sequen-
ces are high quality, and because they were created from "reproducing"
rolls, much the dynamics of the original pianist's performance are
preserved.  Although these sequences are not MY original work, I be-
lieve their quality qualifies them for inclusion in the Ragtime
Library.
