Don't worry.  The problems you describe are relatively minor and it
would not take more than a few hours work to make the cylinder player
whole again.  Virtually every part for those players are available.

You should have no problem getting this machine working like new.
There are numerous people who have small businesses which restore,
rebuild and repair Edison and other phonographs.  I used to be heavily
involved in this activity a decade ago until life got in the way...
