I once wrote for a vintage music publication that allowed the
duplication of any articles it published, providing that they weren't
altered, bore the original authors name and gave credit to the source
publication as the point of origin.

Considering how small a group we are, it would seem for the sense of
survival of our hobby and to encourage an influx of new enthusiasts,
that the dissemination of knowledge and articles done in a less
restrictive way, would be a good place to start.
