Damon -- "The Charleston" with words as you describe is still available
in sheet music form, as I bought it just 3 years ago from a music store
in Hartford, though they did special order it for me.

It has a cherry-red cover, Warner Brother's "Deluxe Edition" VS0220,
and it cost me US$3.50 at the time.  Not an "EZ" play version; it's
a semi-orchestrated edition in B flat.
