Some of us would appreciate it if you would let us know before
Wednesday of this week (September 16), if those of our MMD group are
going to meet and visit etc. in Deansboro on August 18th.  That's the
evening of the preview date for the mechanical music auction there,
the Friday night before the auction itself.  The auction will be
running Saturday through Monday.  Please leave me a note.

We will meet just north of Deansboro at the Carriage House Inn in
Westmoreland, NY, right ON the Thruway.  This is not out-of-the-way for
anyone staying at the hotels and motels mentioned on the reverse cover
of the auction offering book, as you have to go to this exit anyway,
via Route 12B North to get TO the Thruway.

If we have no visitors, we will have to cancel out a room at the
Carriage houses by Wednesday night, so please, drop a line to me at
<berkshies@earthlink.net>.

I am asking you to do this as there are some people who do not
subscribe to this list and do not get to read MMD daily.
