"Les Cloches de Corneville" is an operetta by (Jean) Robert Planquette,
who lived from 1848 until 1903.  The piece dates from 1877 and its
music features on many music boxes.  I think the title correctly
translates as the bells, rather than the clocks, of Cornville.
