Well I have not very often run into a organ blower that "self
destructed" I am sure it can happen, while most motor problems can be
repaired. The Ventus brand blowers are some of the best organ blowers
I have used in recent years but they are costly  as they come from
Germany  so it might be good to contact the U.S. supplier for possible
repair  instructions before you discard it. The US rep is:
