David has a unique operation where he "harvests" his own quarter-sawn
white oak lumber for organ casework.  If the pieces you're needing are
fairly small, which it sounds like these are, I'm fairly certain he'd
accommodate a request or two for some "offal" pieces that would meet your
needs at a fairly reasonable price.
