I've seen these cob organs go for anywhere in the low hundreds to about
a thousand dollars.  The 14 rolls are worth about $6 - $10 each.  So
this means you are paying under $300 for the organ itself.  If it's all
there and needs normal bellows replacement, etc., you got a good deal.
I'd buy it.
