Modifying An Accordion For Automatic Playing
By John McClure

Hi fellow MMDers, I just read an article in the current MBSI Journal
about the adaptation of an accordion for automated use. The article
refers to a Vestal Press instruction book for the process. Does anyone
have a copy or know where I might purchase one?

I will be leaving the frigid south on the 18th for the Big Island
of Hawaii; wonder if there are any musical sights in paradise worth
checking out.

Thanks,
John McClure

[ Sure: Ukuleles played by the hula girls ! And for classic
[ Hawaiian music ask where you can hear the original "slack key"
[ guitar in performance. This is the Hawaiian fretless guitar,
[ and it's related to the steel guitar featured by Bob Wills
[ and other early Western Swing bands. -- Robbie
